This the first time these techniques have been offered together in the Midwest. Each technique is done without using acupuncture needles, drugs, or any other invasive means. Many techniques can even be done remotely, providing greater flexibility for you.  

I am continually researching natural, noninvasive techniques and trying them on myself to make sure the benefits are not just temporary quick-fixes. When you receive services from me you can be sure that you will be getting quality treatments that will last. Each technique focuses on at least one of the seven key areas that have an impact on health.

1. What You Eat

We should eat food that is as close to what nature intended. What are the ingredients in the food that you eat?

2. What you Drink

What beverages do you drink daily? Water should be your beverage of choice. Is your body properly hydrated?

3. Regular Exercise

Exercise improves oxygen to your cells, clears your brain, alleviates your mood, boosts your heart and lungs, and helps you sleep better.

4. Rest and Sleep

When your body is relaxed you are able to rest. When you can rest, your body is able to sleep better. During sleep the healing process can begin in repairing your cells.

The benefits of deeply breathing in clean air include relaxation, being calmer, headache relief, and improved clarity.

Your past emotions may be the cause of your current health challenges. What you think does makes a difference in your life.

Reiki ("Ray-kee") is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is based on the Asian concept of life energy and is done by laying on hands. A subtle energy flows from the hands of the practitioner into the client and it is this energy that creates the relaxation and promotes healing.  Reiki works in harmony with all other healing methods. Reiki is an ancient art which encourages balance and harmony within the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki energy can alleviate blockages in the natural energy flow and create an environment of healing. Reiki enhances the body's natural ability to rejuvenate. A Reiki treatment is given without using acupuncture needles, drugs, or any other invasive means. Reiki was rediscovered in the 1870s in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui. Dr. Usui trained Dr. Chujiro Hayashi in the 1900s, who in turn trained Master Hawayo Takata. I am third generation trained from Mrs. Takata.  

Reiki helps to release pain and energy blockages, accelerates healing, and helps control discomforts associated with illness. Reiki reduces stress and improves sleep. It encourages inner calm and enhances a feeling of joy and well-being. Reiki helps strengthen the immune system and cleanse the body of toxins, thus improving overall health. Reiki can help people deal with major life stressors.

A Reiki session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour based on the client's request. The client relaxes on a massage table, fully clothed, while the practitioner gently places her hands on or slightly above the body.  These hand placements are designed to balance the energy centers of the body and send energy to all major organs. Hand placements begin at the top of the head and continue down to the soles of the feet. The client can have a variety of experiences, which may range from sensations of heat, cold, tingling, color visualization, and memory recall.  A feeling of peacefulness and joyful relaxation is typically experienced. Each Reiki session is unique. The only way to understand Reiki is through personal experience.

Thought Field Therapy®

Thought Field Therapy® (TFT) was developed by Dr. Roger Callahan over 32 years ago in California. Thought Field Therapy® is a specialized technique that can provide emotional renewal quickly, and provide relief from stress, fears, and anxiety issues. Thought Field Therapy® is based on the time-honored principles of both contemporary clinical psychology and Chinese medicine. Thought Field Therapy® is a drug-free method of literally tapping into the body's energy and clearing up blockages--without using acupuncture needles, drugs, or any other invasive means. Thought Field Therapy® works in harmony with all other healing methods.

Thought Field Therapy® helps to release energy blockages, quiet anger and grief, reduce fears, and reduce stress and anxiety. Thought Field Therapy® can help people deal with major life stressors. Thought Field Therapy® utilizes acupressure points, which the client activates, by simply tapping them with his or her fingertips while thinking about a specific problem. 

A Thought Field Therapy® session lasts between 15 minutes to an hour based on the client's request. The client relaxes in a chair and is fully clothed. The client will think about a specific problem and the practitioner will identify the tapping sequence without touching the client. The client will tap the acupressure points for the sequence identified with his or her fingertips, while thinking about the specific problem. The tapping sequence is customized for each client during the session.   

Emotional Release and Sleep Protocol

The Emotional Release and Sleep Protocol is a technique to release emotional roadblocks and encourage better sleep. This protocol reduces stress, improves sleep, and increases your energy level. The Emotional Release and Sleep Protocol works in harmony with all other healing methods.

An Emotional Release and Sleep Protocol session lasts between 10 to 20 minutes. The client stands or sits, and is fully clothed. The practitioner uses muscle testing for various areas of the client's upper body, and applies a tapping sequence where needed. The Emotional Release and Sleep Protocol is done without using acupuncture needles, drugs, or any other invasive means. The only way to understand the benefits of the Emotional Release and Sleep Protocol is through personal experience.

Life Balancing Instruments

Life Balancing Instruments are hand-held instruments for when you feel out of balance. This is done without using acupuncture needles, drugs, or any other invasive means. Life Balancing Instruments work in harmony with other healing methods.

A session using Life Balancing Instruments takes from 15 to 30 minutes based on the client's request. The client is sitting while holding the Life Balancing Instrument. The only way to understand the benefits of Life Balancing Instruments is through personal experience.

Quantum Energetics is a simple, yet effective technique.
